I enjoy seeing a student understand a subject after struggling and gaining the confidence to approach exams and assessments without additional help. It is very rewarding to hear and see a student succeed where they had previously struggled.

I am creative when it comes to different subjects. For math and sciences, my creativity allows me to explain the step-by-step processes in different ways that a student might understand better. For English, my creativity helps to better understand concepts through garnering interest. It can be easier to write and understand when the student is excited by the subject.
