I am a patient person. I understand that people may not understand a topic on the first time, as I didn't either. For both the student and the tutor, it takes rigorous repetition until a concept is finally understood.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor must be aware of the needs of a student. They must understand what the student already knows, and how they best learn, and a good tutor can adapt to different student needs. About Lachlan
My education and qualifications
I am Lachlan Fisk. I live in the Ryde area, and I graduated high school from Bradfield Senior College. I completed Mathematics Advanced, and on track to get a Band 6. Next year, my goal is to study a Bachelor of Mathematics.
My background
While I was in my earlier years of high school, I was pretty good at maths, but I didn't have the resources or the confidence to truly excel, coming from a Department school. My perspective changed when I changed schools in 2024, and I am now achieving what I wanted to from high school.
My philosophy
Coming from this background, I understand how important that perspective and confidence is when studying content-heavy subjects. My goal as a tutor is to bring this perspective and confidence to your student so that they can achieve their dreams
