What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What i enjoy the most is the reward that it provides not only for myself but for the student. The moment they understand the topic I feel satisfied as overall I care about how they can overcome the challenges that they face. The moment when they have the “Oh I get it!†moment that becomes worthwhile and overall just makes me happy that a student can understand a concept/problem.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
A strength that I have would be explaining concepts thoroughly to a person that might not initially understand it. For example, if it’s a math problem and I’m explaining the process of the trapezoidal rule I could provide a step-by-step in-depth solution towards the students so that way they can understand. Also the fact that I can listen to what the student is saying as that is important knowing whether they do or don’t the understand the topic as a whole.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
A tutor in general can’t simply provide the student with all the answers. Only as a final resort when the student doesn’t fully grasp the content being asked. A tutor should help sharpen the students skills in terms of their weakness but also ensure that their strengths are solidified. A tutor should overall assist the student and if they can’t at least they can try and put in their full effort.

About Nandakishor
Maths & English Support from a Marker’s Perspective
Nandakishor brings hands-on experience from working as a marker for primary students in Maths and English. He has spent many hours checking children’s work, spotting common mistakes, and explaining how to improve step by step. This tutor is used to guiding younger learners through tricky word problems and grammar questions, breaking tasks into clear, manageable parts. Parents can expect careful attention to detail and a focus on building solid foundations in both numeracy and literacy.
Science Student Who Makes Concepts Clear
Currently studying multidisciplinary science with an engineering focus, Nandakishor is confident with logical thinking, problem-solving, and structured working methods. He uses these strengths to help students see patterns in Maths and to approach questions systematically, rather than guessing. In sessions, he often shows more than one way to solve a problem and encourages students to explain their thinking, turning them from passive learners into active problem-solvers.
Calm, Organised and Easy to Talk To
Known for his clear communication and strong writing skills, this tutor is patient and approachable, especially with children who feel nervous about schoolwork. He is organised in how he plans practice questions and reviews past work, so students know exactly what they are improving on each week. By combining a friendly manner with structured routines, he helps build confidence, independence, and better study habits that carry over into the classroom.
