What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy teaching Maths and Physics and seeing their confidence and learning grow. As well sharing my learning experiences with them so that they can navigate through school and life. My favourite thing is the satisfaction a student feels when the grasp a concept or question, and the confidence they gain afterwards.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Being a good teacher that can break down more difficult concepts so that they become easier to understand, so that they can have a good foundation to learn is something that I strongly believe in. As well, to accommodate to each student’s learning style in order to help them learn the best way. Some of my students preferred how I taught subjects compared to how they learnt it in school. More importantly, being patient and approachable, so that they can feel free to ask any question they want without the nervousness of being judged.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think tutors should be understanding to help them in the best way that they can, like being there for your students, not as a crutch but as someone who can amplify their learning. Teaching students concepts and filling gaps in their knowledge and learning techniques helps them create a strong foundation, which will help them build their knowledge in the future. The most important thing is to help students understand things they are need assistance of and to help them succeed, not only in school but life skills in general.
