What I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to help someone genuinely understand a concept to build confidence in their own abilities. There's something incredibly rewarding about seeing a student go from feeling unsure or overwhelmed to reaching that moment where everything finally clicks. I enjoy taking complex ideas and breaking them down in a way that makes sense for each individual student. I think the most important things a tutor can do are create a supportive learning environment, explain concepts in a way the student understands, and build their confidence. A good tutor helps students develop problem-solving skills, so they don't memorise the type of question, but HOW to do that question, which encourages them to think independently.
