What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
I enjoy allowing students to meet their full potential in academic endeavor, in doing so it creates a quiet confidence that they will continue to carry throughout the rest of their journey in education whether it be in school of university; thus in turn it creates a standard for them to continue to strive to do their best in anything they do. Being a vessel to show and teach students about being disciplined rather than motivated and to continually strive to be the best in anything they do, is extremely fulfilling and rewarding in ways that isn't in monetary value.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
One of my main strengths as a tutor would be I create a light and enjoyable atmosphere where learning is like second nature and it something that is enjoyable rather than forced upon. In doing so I make sure students are understood and heard when it comes to topics they struggle with and break it down in ways that cater to their learning style, so content is easily absorbed.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
One of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is be patient and understanding and cater the tutoring style towards the students' needs and learning style; in doing so it'll be easier for the student to learn and in turn will make learning an enjoyable thing rather than a chore.
