What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring as I can genuinely see the improvement in my students' performance as a result of their hard work, and I am glad that I can help them to achieve this. Furthermore, I also feel fulfilled and satisfied when helping a student learn something new that they didn't understand before. This is an attribute I hope will enable me to succeed in this role.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor I believe one of my greatest strengths is having a deep understanding of the reasoning behind concepts and formulas, which I feel will aid students in grasping ideas more intuitively and effectively. Additionally, I feel that I am patient and approachable, allowing for a supportive learning environment where students feel safe asking questions.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe a good tutor understands that each student learns differently and adapts their lesson to suit these needs. A tutor should be approachable so students feel safe, and knowledgeable such that they can answer questions the student has. Perhaps most crucially, a tutor should create a supportive learning environment so that students feel valued and encouraged to ask more questions.

Could benefit from reading slightly more so that words such as "politician" or "figure" may look a bit more familiar and easier to spell. Overall, learning quickly and tracking well.
Archie listened attentively and was able to explain the content when asked what he had learnt. Was good with patterns which helped when spelling similar words.

Put a little bit more time into reading at home, may help to pick up how a word "looks" and helps with reading the word out aloud. Overall tracking well
