As a tutor, I think one of my biggest strengths is breaking down complex topics into easy to understand pieces. I think the most important thing a tutor can do is build a student's confidence. When they believe in themselves, they're way more likely to actually learn and succeed. Also, creating a supportive and encouraging environment is key.
