Being a competent instructor requires a variety of abilities, such as patience, effective communication, and in-depth subject-matter expertise. Patience is necessary because you need to maintain composure when instructing, be a comforting presence, and treat pupils and other teachers with respect. Since no two students learn in the same way, I think having a flexible communication style is essential to delivering the course curriculum.
