What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy forming connections with the students and being in a position where I can guide them through their syllabus whilst also teaching them in a way which gets them to enjoy or to understand the purposes and importance of getting an education.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor is my patience and understanding of the students' struggles ,allowing me to form strong connections with them and helping them feel comfortable in asking for help as well as freely expressing themselves in regards to their academic life. A reason for this is because of my own personal struggles as a student, both academically and personally, and because of these struggles, I believe I have the knowledge and understanding of different teaching styles to cater to the needs of different students and their struggles.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for their students is to be available for them, not just during tutoring sessions. This includes providing a range of different resources and being open for them to contact you out of hours for extra feedback. I think it's important for tutors to be there for their students as many students tend to struggle academically and would require extra support. By being there for them, it gives the students the guidance they would need to continue with their academic studies, by someone who's been in the same shoes
