About Justin

Young, Engaging Tutor with Real Classroom Experience

Justin is a high-school student who already has hands-on experience supporting primary students in a school setting. During a work placement at a primary school, he assisted in classes, provided one-on-one help, and gave targeted feedback that helped students improve their understanding and confidence. He has also supported student assessment and adapted explanations to different learning levels. This tutor brings a relatable, big-brother style presence that helps younger students feel comfortable asking questions and trying again when work feels challenging.

Proven Youth Leader with Strong Communication Skills

Outside the classroom, Justin serves as a cadet leader, coordinating and teaching groups of up to 20 younger cadets. He has been recognised in the top group for leadership, teamwork and problem-solving, and has successfully led his section to achievement in squadron activities. In this role, he regularly teaches practical skills step-by-step, checks understanding, and adjusts his approach when someone is struggling. These experiences translate directly into tutoring sessions that are structured, calm and well-organised.

Multilingual, Culturally Aware and Easy to Relate To

Justin speaks English and Vietnamese fluently, with additional ability in Japanese and Korean, giving him a strong appreciation for language learning and the challenges students can face with reading, writing and comprehension. He is used to explaining ideas in more than one way and is patient when students need extra time. Parents will find that this tutor is punctual, respectful and clear in his communication, while students will find him friendly, down-to-earth and encouraging during each lesson.
