What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I am passionate about seeing students grow and surpass their own expectations. Beyond just teaching the syllabus, I enjoy exploring each student's unique potential and guiding them to become more capable, independent thinkers. There is a great sense of fulfillment in seeing a student slowly but steadily master a subject they once found intimidating.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As of my background in Computer Science and Advanced Mathematics, I am very good at simplifying complex logic. I don't just teach the 'what'; I teach the 'how' and the 'why.' I can take a difficult Physics or Coding concept and break it down into small, digestible steps that a student can easily follow.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the most important thing a tutor can do is prioritize methodology over memory. My goal is to foster a student's independence by teaching them to master the underlying foundations and logic of a subject, rather than simply providing the answer to a single question. By focusing on the 'why' behind a concept, whether it is a complex Physics formula or a line of Java code. I empower my students to build a toolkit they can apply to any problem of the same type in the future.
