I enjoy most about tutoring is by providing kid’s confidence especially with more difficult material. As a student, I used to have a tutor to help me with my more advance classes, and I think it was super helpful to have someone in a more personal space to guide me through it in a concentrated manner. Kids learn in a million different ways, so I think it’s important as a teacher to be able to adapt and creativity solve obstacles that could hinder a student’s learning. Students need to feel comfortable and safe in order to learn properly, especially if it is material that is their strongest. As this is a new topic, it is a bit tricky and can be confusing. Aaron needs more practice identifying the EV and the RV, and making sure he is reading the question properly. I would recommend highlighting the important parts of the question, which will make it easier to understand.
