What I enjoy most is that when something finally clicks for a student and you can see the relief and excitement on their face. It's really rewarding to know you played a part in that. I also love the one-on-one dynamic of tutoring; you get to really understand how someone thinks and tailor your approach specifically to them, which feels much more personal and impactful than a classroom setting.My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think the most important things a tutor can do are listen and build trust. When a student feels heard and supported, they're much more willing to engage and take on challenges. Beyond that, a good tutor identifies why a student is struggling not just what they're struggling with and meets them at their level.
