My strengths as a tutor reflects that of my prior experience. Having taken leadership roles, it challenged my communication skills, which I believe is one of my best aspects. The most important things a tutor can do for a student, is to ensure they feel welcome. Student's should feel comfortable in order to actually take in valuable learning. I believe, it is important for the student to actually enjoy the environment they are in; should not be made to learn in a hostile or unwelcome environment.
