What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love that moment when something finally clicks for a student. Watching someone go from confused to confident is incredibly rewarding. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple steps and adapting my explanations to suit how each person learns best
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of my greatest strengths is that I've been in my students' shoes. Growing up, I struggled with my studies, so I understand firsthand what it feels like to find a concept difficult — and more importantly, what kinds of explanations actually help. I don't just teach from a textbook; I adapt to how each student learns best.
I also bring a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and Statistics, which means I can confidently guide students through everything from the basics to more challenging problems. And my love for Science means I bring genuine enthusiasm to those subjects too
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Every student is different, and I think the most important thing a tutor can do is recognise that and adapt accordingly. What works for one student might not work for another, so taking the time to understand how someone learns — whether they need visual explanations, step-by-step breakdowns, or just more practice — makes all the difference.
Beyond that, I think building confidence is just as important as building knowledge. A student who believes they can improve will always go further than one who's given up on themselves.
