Aditya has hands-on experience creating learning materials specifically for high-school students. Adjusting difficulty and pacing based on live feedback has made him very sensitive to when students are lost and how to bring them back. Beyond technical skills, Aditya has spent significant time helping peers grow their communication and study skills. He founded a personal growth club that ran regular workshops on public speaking, financial literacy and productivity, giving him plenty of practice explaining complex ideas in simple language. He has also developed an AI-based student career counsellor, which required understanding how students think and what guidance they need.
