About Ngoc Uyen Nhi

I have two years experience in tutoring students from year 1 to year 12. I have mainly taught Math and English, but I am capable of teaching Science, Business Studies and Information Processing from year 1 to year 12 as well.

She catches on pretty quickly during the lesson which in turns the lesson has been quite productive. Will move on to harder exercises next time to build on her skills and reinforce the concept.
She still confused time to time regarding the signs and can misunderstand the exercise. Have assigned her more work regarding adding and subtracting like terms in algebraic expressions as she make quite few mistakes for this topic during the session.

We did more exercises to help student reinforce the basics by doing simple adding and subtracting of expressions. As well as multiplying and adding like terms. Students get the hang of the lesson pretty fast and was able to move on to more exercise than expected in the tutoring session.
Need improvement on the speed of doing exercise and sometimes can be confuse with basic math concepts such as multiplication and BIDMAS.

Student was quite nervous when doing the exercise as she might have been nervous to make mistakes and having the first meeting with a new tutor.
