What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Probably the best part is seeing someone go from stressed and doubting themselves to actually feeling confident. A lot of students already know more than they think they just need someone to explain it in a way that makes sense to them. I also enjoy the conversations that happen while tutoring. It’s not just about getting the right answer; it’s about figuring out how someone learns, what they’re struggling with, and helping them realise they’re capable of doing it. When a student suddenly says “ohhh wait, I get it now,†that’s honestly the most rewarding part.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I’d say one of my biggest strengths is being patient and approachable. I know how frustrating it feels when something isn’t clicking straight away, so I try to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions without feeling judged.

I think one of the most important things a tutor can do is make a student feel comfortable enough to ask questions and make mistakes. A lot of people struggle more because they’re scared of getting things wrong, so having a supportive environment really matters.
