The ability to guide them and enhance every potential they hold within, for instance a good music teacher would encourage their students to "release" every emotion they have converted to any symphony and flow into the learning sheets, as this is how art is formed and how music should be created, not just learn from it, build from it. This principle applies to any other subject, as every students have their own way to learn, and every subjects' origins meant differently even to those specialise in it.
