I enjoy tutoring because it blends my analytical problem-solving skills with my genuine passion for mentorship. There is a distinct, rewarding rush in taking a complex, abstract concept and breaking it down until it clicks for a student. Because every individual learns differently, adapting my communication style on the fly acts like a human-centric debugging process that keeps the me and the student engaged. I think the most important something a tutor can do for a student when it comes to trying to teach them is, being close to them and on their level. That way, it is easier for the student to absorb information coming from you as it would feel like the information is coming from a friend and not someone who is greater than them or better than them in any way. The most important thing a tutor can do is be willing to sacrifice their time and put in the effort to make the best material for their students and get concepts across.
