I enjoy tutoring because I like seeing that shift when something finally clicks for a student. It feels really rewarding to take something that seemed confusing or overwhelming and make it feel simple and manageable. I think my biggest strength as a tutor is that Iโm patient and good at explaining things in a way that feels simple, not intimidating. I donโt just rush through the answer; I try to understand where the student is getting stuck and then break it down from there. The most important thing a tutor can do is make the student feel supported and understood, not embarrassed for struggling. A good tutor should be able to explain things clearly, adapt to the studentโs pace, and notice where they are actually getting stuck instead of just repeating the same explanation.
