What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I like when a student goes from completely lost to actually getting it. It does not always take long, sometimes just explaining it a different way is enough. I had teachers who were really patient with me when I was struggling, and I think that stuck with me.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I'm patient. I don't mind going over something multiple times or finding a new way to explain it. Biology is probably where I'm most confident, and I think when you actually understand a subject it's easier to break it down for someone else.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Just being someone they feel comfortable with. A lot of students already feel bad about not understanding something, so if the tutor is impatient or makes them feel dumb, it makes everything worse.
