Whether it's maths, science, English, or technology, most students don't struggle with the content itself, they struggle with believing they can get it. It's rarely about ability, it's almost always about how the subject was introduced to them. Make tutors unnecessary. The worst outcome is a student who can only solve problems when their tutor is in the room. Everything I do builds the student's own reasoning process, teaching them how to break down unfamiliar problems, check their own work, and trace errors back independently. In science that means understanding logic behind a formula, not memorising it. In English it means knowing why a paragraph works. In technology it means debugging independently.
