What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing students actually learn and understanding concepts. The satisfaction and achievement from students actually applying what they learnt from me and getting good grades really brings me joy.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I make sure students really understand, i test them on their concepts and ensure that they can use what they learnt to get correct answers before moving onto other topics/questions, unlike some teachers that just assume students understand. I am also patient with students as i understand that everyone learns at different speeds, therefore i never rush students when they are trying to learn as that will just pressure them and make it more difficult for them to learn. I also communicate well with students, i will always communicate with students to find out and clear their misunderstandings.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor must ensure that students really understand concepts to apply them in their exams and achieve good grades. When doing past papers and i get a question wrong, i always make corrections and ask myself whether or not i’m able to do the same question with different numbers in a real exam before actually moving on, and this is the mindset i would teach my students when doing practices. I believe that being responsible and having good time management helped me in achieving my academic excellence so that is something i would like to teach students too
