I enjoy guiding others towards academic success through assisting individuals in understanding concepts at a deeper level. Providing support for enthusiastic students is the rewarding aspect in tutoring I beleive.

My strengths as a tutor include my calmness, deep understanding of mathematics, clear communication, and the ability to confidently explain topics. On top of that, I prompt questions for the students, causing the individual to answer, allowing me to understand their strengths and weakness in relevance to the topic at hand.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Prompting questions, being clear with communication, assisting the student to understand rather than memorise, and providing support where necessary rather than constant. I believe prompting questions and being clear during speech are the most important as it allows the student to understand better, and begin thinking of ideas to approach the problem rather than use a set formula.
