What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing that I most enjoy about tutoring is passing on the knowledge and experience I have gathered from my own education. It is incredibly fulfilling to be able to help someone through challenges you faced just a few years ago.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my greatest strength as a tutor is that I focus on helping students understand the content, rather than simply rote-learning the method for solving the problem. I find that this is not only more enjoyable, as you can see how what you are learning is used in everyday life, but also leads to better outcomes. Having a solid understanding of the content allows the lateral thinking required for top marks.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to foster an enjoyment of the subject. It is incredible how much one good teacher can completely change your perception of a subject. Additionally, enjoyment of a subject typically creates the motivation required to excel.
