I tend to identify patterns with the students gaps and learning struggles, helping me structure my explanations to fit their mental framework and pick up on inaccuracies in content that follow the WA curriculum. An intentional, personalised approach to pacing, structure, strategy and variety of lessons from the tutors end is an essential element to the students learning outcomes.
