What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I've been passionate about math from a young age, and what I enjoy most about tutoring is connecting with each student—helping them feel comfortable and confident. Math relies a lot on practice, and grasping the underlying concept can feel tough for a lot of students. So I try to make concepts familiar—using real-life examples and breaking problems into small steps so they don't feel abstract. And honestly, the moment a student can suddenly solve something they couldn't do the day before—that's what I enjoy most about tutoring.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
If I had to pick one strength, it's connecting with students. I've seen plenty of teachers who are great at math but don't connect with students, so the weaker ones stay quiet and fall behind. For me, that connection is the foundation — if I have a class of 100 students and one is struggling, my priority is making sure that student never hesitates to ask a question. In my opinion, the most important thing isn't just teaching concepts properly — that's the foundation, but not the most important part. To me, it's really getting to know your students—understanding how they think, not just what they know. Because in a room full of students, everyone thinks differently: some think in pictures, some need step-by-step logic, some need to see the 'why' before the 'how.'
