What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy building relationships with people, I enjoy helping and guiding people through a topic they find challenging and bring out their potential, helping them realize that learning something or understanding it, is not out of their reach. It really satisfies me when a student reaches a milestone in their education that they thought was unachievable.

I consider myself a very personable person, and easy to get along with. I find it easy to build strong and trusting relationships, which allows me to fully understand the needsof my students and tailor everything to their specific needs and goals. I have always enjoyed school and am very passionate about education, pursuing courses on topics of my interest outside of school and university. I believe I am a very empathetic and non-judgemental person, and I am able to help student regulate their frustration when they're dealing with a challenging topic.

The most important thing a tutor should do is to tailor it to their needs and ability, and also help them bring the best out of their abilities and allow them to unlock their potential. It is important to build appropritate raport with your students, so they feel confident in telling you when they need hlp or don't understand something, which helps me cater to their needs.
