What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Definitely watching my students grow and develop their academic skills throughout the year, where one-on-one teaching can translate into actual results in the classroom. Seeing them succeed through our collaborative effort gives me a sense of satisfaction that my teaching has provided a positive impact on their learning.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe my adaptability to be a strength while tutoring. Being able to understand and work with students of different types, skills and mindsets is important because you have to personalise the process of teaching for each individual. Being able to adapt to these differences and give effective teaching to my students is something I value as a strength. Furthermore, this ties in with my patience as understanding each student learns at their own pace is vital, and being able to still create a positive impact is something I strive to do.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important thing a tutor can do is be empathetic and patient with their students whilst maintaining clear communication at all times. Ensuring you understand the student's current needs is essential, and being able to deliver what they need most at the time with clarity and effectiveness is very important as a tutor.
