What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring, because I can help a learner understand a concept that they are struggling with. I love to see how a learner starts to understand the concept and gaining confidence when doing their schoolwork. I enjoy to explain concepts to learners is an easy and simple way for them to understand the concept. I find different ways to help each learner, as every learner has different learning styles. I feel that through tutoring you can build a positive relationship with each learner and help motivate them as they progress and learn.

My biggest strengths are that I am patient, caring, supportive, understanding and reliable. I enjoy to explain concepts to learners and finding ways to explain the work to them in a way that they will understand. My experience working as a Teacher's Assistant has helped me become adaptable when I am working with different learners. I am always willing to help where I can and I am a friendly and approachable person.

The most important thing a tutor can do is make a learner feel comfortable, understood and supported. As a tutor, we should be patient and understand that each learner has different learning styles and learn in different ways. It is important to explain the concept clearly to the learner, while also encouraging them when they are struggling and help them become independent and show them that they are capable of doing the work on their own, after the needed help.
