What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What appeals to me most about tutoring is helping someone understand something they initially found difficult. I enjoy breaking a problem into smaller steps and working through it together. I would love to help students feel more confident in math or english and see that they can make progress with practice and support.

My Strengths as Tutor šŸ’Ŗ

I am patient and approachable. As a university student myself, I understand how frustrating it can be when something does not make sense straight away. I am happy to explain things step by step and try another approach when needed. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, even if they think their question is simple.

Most important things I can do for a student šŸ…

I want to understand where a student is getting stuck and help them build a strong foundation. I would explain each step and why it works, then give them a chance to try for themselves. I also want to encourage them when they feel discouraged and help them see mistakes as part of learning.

About Charvi

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Charvi, and I’m studying a Bachelor of Data Science at Deakin University. I completed my schooling in India and now live in Melbourne. As a student myself, I understand that learning something new takes time, practice and the confidence to ask questions. My Approach to Learning

My Approach to Learning

My aim is to make maths feel more manageable by breaking problems into small, clear steps. I want students to understand why a method works and feel comfortable asking for another explanation. I would work at their pace and encourage them to practise independently as their confidence grows.
