What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy tutoring because it allows students to develop their understand and grasp new concepts quicker. It allows for personalized learning which unlocks the student's fullest potential while having fun at the same time. The one thing I that i enjoy the most about tutoring is the student's moment of relization where they finally understand how to solve a problem.

I think a tutors strengths are: - knowledgeable in what they are teaching -able to listen and communicate with both students and parents -able to easily explain difficult concepts to students -identifying and minimizing a student's weakness -ability to teach to the student's interest

The most important thing a tutor can do for their student is to build a strong bond of trust and respect. When the student feels they are connected to the tutor, they are able to learn more effectively and efficiently. It allows for both student and tutor to feel a sense of achievement when the student is able to improve their performance and understands the true beauty of mathematics.
