What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I have been conducting lectures in Engineering college for about 10years. However, I have been enjoying Tutoring most because of its nature of individual interaction and liberty to follow a more innovative approach towards learning. It also gives a Tutor more insight to student's mindset, expectations and capabilities.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Tutoring is my passion which makes me enjoy my job. As a Tutor it is very important to be adaptive and innovative as one deals with different students with different requirements and capabilities. Adaptability, patience, focus on simplifying the teaching are my strengths as a Tutor. I always help my student to become an independent learner.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A Tutor can change students perception towards study or the subject. I believe its the perception of student towards study / subject which makes it difficult for them to understand it. Once you can successfully change the perception through bringing innovation and interest in study, it becomes very useful for a Student for rest of his life as study is a continuous process for whole life.
