What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

According to me, the best part of tutoring is the ability to impart knowledge and create a difference in the lives of other people. The opportunity to help others is one of the most appealing factors which motivates me to become a tutor. Along with that, it's a brilliant opportunity to learn and gain knowledge from fellow peers and students. It's more of an experience rather than just a job for me

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my ability to be a great team player highlights as one of my key strengths as becoming a tutor. Rather than considering it as a teaching job I visualize tutoring as a sports game where I am working with children as a team to work together and solve challenges. The most important thing a tutor can give to a child is proper advice as well as time and availability, that he/she would be there when the child needs their help the most. I feel my tenure at Oracle has taught me a lot about mentorship, leadership, ensuring availability for my fellow peers. I aim to be accountable.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is ensuring his/her availability when they need it the most, in short being accountable to them. Apart from helping them learn the concepts, a tutor must ensure that they can give enough time to solve children's problems be it subject related or something else which can be personal. The tutor then becomes more connected to the student and can relate well to them.
