What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Being able to bestow knowledge into students, and support them in their academic endeavors gives me a sense of fulfillment. In addition, when a student is able to understand concepts from the syllabus, and be able to utilise them in a variety of situations, it always brings me joy that I am able to help them.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My biggest strength is my determination: I will try as many methods as possible to have my students understand the syllabus' content at the end of the day.
In addition, I am willing to listen to my student's issues; this is an important strength as being receptive to their problems will allow you to find a way to tutor them such that their problems' effect on their studies and tutoring sessions will have minimal impact.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing is that the tutor is able to make the student fully understand concepts; if they are able to understand the concepts given, they will believe that will be able to tackle harder challenges, which can further motivate them in their studies.
One other important thing is that a tutor must be receptive to their student's issues; sometimes their issues may get in the way of the tutor's teachings and the student's studies; tutors must be able to work with or around the issue, or even try to fix the issue if necessary, to ensure that the student can continue their studies.
