What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The two things that I enjoy the most about tutoring is helping someone understand a difficult concept and communicating with people, helping them see things the way that I do. By doing this I not only help the individual but also myself. Tutoring is fascinating in the sense that it increases your own knowledge of something as much as the person who is being tutored simply through constructive communication.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Organisation, Preparation, and the ability to explain difficult concepts in simpler ways. The basis of the way that I tutor revolves around the syllabus of a particular subject. By examining the syllabus in depth I specifically know what needs to be taught and that allows me to prepare lessons. I would prepare lessons so that I could explain any difficult concepts and then provide the student with past exam papers correlating to whats being taught. I have the ability to explain concepts in simpler ways, something that has come about from the experience of helping my classmates.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to help them understand what they themselves cannot. I believe it is a tutors job to also provide resources but the most important thing is to actually teach them what they cannot understand and once the tutor has done that then they can provide the adequate worksheets and past papers to solidify the students newfound knowledge.
