What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I began tutoring 6 years ago and have been loving it since. I find it an extremely rewarding experience when students tell me how much of a difference I have made in helping them understand something they were struggling with. I enjoy tutoring because of the exceptional results my students have achieved after receiving my help. Their parents have always given me positive feedback and have even referred me to their friends and colleagues.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe I would make a great tutor because of my previous experience in tutoring both privately and at tutoring centres. I have a very student centred approach and always put the needs of my students first. If they require any extra learning material or resources, I do my best to collect them or create them myself from scratch. I think this extra effort sets me aside from others as I tend to put in additional time outside of tutoring hours.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

My lessons are mainly geared towards those who have a strong interest in Mathematics but struggle in some aspects. My goal is to help them understand the importance of Math and its real life applications in order to boost their confidence to tackle any problem with ease. My teaching is tailored to each student by identifying their weaknesses and focusing on them by following through with questions of increasing difficulty. I strongly believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is pave the way for them to open up new doors which they were struggling to find by themselves.
