What do I enjoy most about tutoring?
Being able to help people out and see real progress in the student's ability to apply themselves based on what you've taught them. Education was a pivotal role in my growth so it is satisfying to pay it forward.
My Strengths as Tutor
Being newly out of school. I have a strong grasp on the curriculum, and being fairly young, the students may have an easier time identifying with me. A good relationship with a tutor is important as a student will be more eager to learn from someone they can relate to/like.
Most important things I can do for a student
Developing a skillset with which a student can tackle other problems in other areas. It's important for a student to not have to always rely on a tutor, and increase their problem solving and critical thinking ability so they can conduct themselves through academic challenges.
