Being able to adapt on the fly to see the situation from the view of the student and having multiple methods of passing on the teaching material then simple repetition alone. Ability to elaborate on a topic for easier understanding should also be key. Most importantly being able to watch progress and handle a student's needs to understand the content as well as go further beyond.Tutoring students in 👦 👧

Inconsistent results as there is not a lot of time to double check, will implement a method in next few lessons after some concepts. 1 hour blocks are rather short to fix weaknesses.
