What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
In my previous experience tutoring, over the long term seeing students become more comfortable, driven and confident in what they are learning and how to apply it. This experience shows me that I can positively build on their skills and it is highly satisfying and enjoyable to see the confidence in the student build as they develop independently.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor I am highly organised in everything that I do, I also have strong communicative skills which will assist in teaching and developing skills in the students. I am driven and compassionate at reaching my own and other goals and always look out for what will help other the most.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think for a tutor a combination of two things is the best, firstly giving the students confidence as I found that my tutor gave my confidence in my abilities that I previously had not experienced in some subjects which eventually led to my success. Also providing the best ability to teach and foster improvements in knowledge and skills to develop for the HSC examinations. Finally it is also important to foster a strong mentor relationship with the student so they are comfortable and engaged and want to develop further.
