What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is the chance to develop the knowledge of willing and hard working learners. Seeing the improvement of my students over time is the best part of the job.

Allowing my teaching to be flexible around the individual needs of the student. I think I have an ability to change my teaching style in a way that gives each individual student the best chance of improving their knowledge.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is develop their understanding of a subject, as well as encourage the student to continually challenge themselves with their learning.
