What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Seeing students gradually developed interest and confidence towards studies in the best moment I have as a tutor. I also enjoy interacting with different students as I find that I could also learn from them such as their attitude or ways of thinking.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am detailed minded and able to find out the weaknesses of students so as to find out the best way in tutoring different students in different levels. I am also good at listening as I think teaching should be a two-way communication. Moreover, I have experience in teaching math to child aged 3-6. These experience have improved my skills in taking care of early child and improved my patience in teaching.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think scaffolding is the most important things a tutor can do for students. That means the tutor should provide enough guidances for the students to follow such that they can learn in a correct path but not too many instructions as it may harm the creativity of students. They need to learn knowledge but at the same time develop their own ways of thinking. Therefore, tutor should guide them direction by asking questions and make sure they are on the correct path.
