What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I feel emotionally rewarded when I see my students excel in academics as well as in personal life. I believe education is much more than learning concepts and solving questions. Education is a way to learn to lead a life in a manner which is nurturing for you and others. So, when I am able to relay my knowledge to others, I feel immensely self-satisfied. Also, tutoring helps me to improve my leadership and communication skills.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Working for more than four years as a tutor has allowed me to interact with many students with different personalities. This has made me more patient. I have learned that every student is different and learns at his/her own pace. So, instead of having a rigid teaching style, I can change my teaching technique as per the requirement of the student. I have also developed the ability to explain concepts using east to understand terms. Also, I try to teach in an engaging and fun manner so that the student does not get bored.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to modify his tutoring technique as per the understanding of the student. Instead of having a general tutoring pattern, it is important that a tutor first understands the mindset of the student and then tailors his technique to teach the concept in a way which is the best for the student. Also, it is very important to build up the self-confidence of the student.
