What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

To enable every student to be employed and contribute to the society in different ways. Understanding a student from demographic, economic, psychographic will help focus on the students challenges rather than generic approach. Technology has transformed the way we learn, with latest innovations and methods, teaching has become more interesting. I spend at least 2 hours every day in focus learning I love teaching, my passion towards teaching has forced me to pursue my PhD in student education with University of Sydney.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

1. Ability to handle a student's view in a pragmatic and practical way possible by combining subject matter + technology + real world scenario (STEM). 2. Engaging kids which will build students confidence and allow them to improve their skills 3. Providing succinct information is an art and its always challenging to tailor the amount of data for a question. Addressing this in a confident manner is one of my strength 4. Individual tutee attention to build confidence and communication. 5. Allow tutee to develop alternative thinking on a concept.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors are important elements for student success in active learning and problem solving environments . Periodic evaluation of tutors professional behaviour helps to determine the faculty development. Tutors need to achieve skills and attitudes for supporting the 'learning process and metacognitive knowledge' and 'assessing and giving feedback'. The tutor serves as a facilitator rather than a group leader. Tutor task is to probe questions, to help students clarifying their thinking and to guide group processes.
