Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think prioritizing students’ confidence establishment. When I was tutoring one Year 5 boy in Shanghai, I helped the boy to rebuild his confidence clarifying the knowledge structure and outlining every day possible targets with an interactive approach. The boy began to be vigorous in his studies and he scored 93/100 from 70/100 in his final.
