What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love it when the students have an "aha!" moment during the lesson. I myself used to not like studying and doing maths exercises but after being tutored by my elder sister, I fell in love with Maths and I want to be the one that makes others fall in love with Maths.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are identifying students weaknesses and mistakes and honestly, I was never a bright student but instead of letting that in the way of me tutoring others, I saw it as a way for me to help others as I myself have been in their place before.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Teaching them how to be diligent and act responsibly with everything in life. For me personally teaching isn't just cramming information inside a student's head, it's about inspiring them to improve themselves and helping them realise that the only way to change their grades is to change their attitude towards studying.

He just need to be sure when it comes to his answers and that just comes with more practice, which is what I have set him.
He seems to now understand a bit more about bearings and more confident. Well done with trig, just need more practice to be able to do the questions faster.

Unit circle, understanding the circle and how sin, cos and tan fits into them.

Josh seemed to be able to understand what to do with indices better than quadratics. He remembers formulas which is also good. He's good with trigonometry, but to improve further, more practice is needed as he is still not fast enough (in terms of finding the lengths of one of the sides of a triangle).
Knowing when to use and how to use the quadratic formulas to increase his confidence in his own work. I can tell he's not very confident because after writing, he'd confirm with me whether it's right or not. Building confidence comes with lots and lots of practice. He needs to understand why he's doing a certain arithmetic (e.g. multiplying both sides by 2).
