I really enjoy explaining things. It's great when you see it click with someone, their face lights up and it feels good to be the person to be able to make that happen.

I break down maths ideas into their simplest parts and give some practical everyday examples to help explain the topic. I also have a lot of patience.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is make the student want to learn and I think you do this only if you have a passion for the subject yourself. Obviously a tutor needs to be a clear and effective communicator as well as having patience and making the student feel comfortable to ask questions and speak their mind when they don't understand something.
