Imparting knowledge to others and making students understand the new concepts. While teaching, u yourself gain a lot of things as every student is different.

I deeply explain the basics of the topic so that students can learn from the foundations. I encourage them to critically think about the topic and ask as many questions they want.

Freedom to express themselves and easily ask questions. Also, students should be encouraged to learn things critically rather than just agreeing to what is being taught.
